How do I know if a suitcase meets airline carry-on requirements?
Most of our carry-on models are designed to meet standard domestic airline regulations (22" x 14" x 9"). However, we recommend checking the 'Specifications' tab on each product page for exact dimensions to ensure compatibility with your specific airline.
What is the warranty policy on Luggage Depot products?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all hardshell and softside luggage. This covers manufacturing defects such as broken zippers, cracked shells, or malfunctioning wheels, but does not cover standard wear and tear or airline damage.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping at checkout for those with urgent travel plans.
Can I return my luggage if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping fees may apply unless the item arrived damaged.
How do I reset the TSA-approved combination lock?
Every suitcase comes with an instruction manual inside the mesh pocket. Generally, you hold the reset button with a pen, set your new code, and slide the latch to lock it in. If you lose your manual, please contact our support team.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
